TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Availability: All goods listed on this website are subject to availability. Prices are subject to
change without notice.
Customers: Must inform Leone Em in writing
within seven days, of any changes of their business or corporate
structure. Failure to do so will be in breach of the Terms and
Conditions. Credit will be withdrawn and a new credit application must
completed.
Shipping: We are happy to ship items anywhere in the world. Cost of shipping will depend on the weight of the goods and the destination. If the order is large or heavy we
will contact you to advise the cost before sending.
Back-orders: Out of stock goods will not be
automatically back-ordered. If you wish to have unavailable stock
backordered, please phone, email or fax our office with this information.
Queries relating to shortages or faulty stock must
be made to Leone Em within 10 days of receipt. No claim will be
accepted after that time.
Title of Goods: Please note that all goods supplied
by Leone Em are and will remain the property of Leone Em until
such time as all sums owing to them by the customer are paid in full.
The commercial risk in the goods passes to the customer on receipt of
goods by the customer at their nominated address.
Returns: All goods are sold on a firm sale only. Return of
goods for credit must be made within 14 days of receipt and will incur a
10% handling fee, except where an error has been made by Leone Em.
Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer, and onus of
proof of return remains with the customer. Leone Em will nominate an
authorised carrier if returns are being charged to Leone Em. Returned
goods will only be accepted in original condition and packaging.
Overdue: If any account is overdue, Leone Em at
its discretion reserves the right to refer the account to a Collection
Agency for collection. Customers accepting Leone Ems terms and conditions undertake to meet all costs and commissions incurred in
employing the said collection agency to collect the overdue account.
